Verbatim Research Services Pvt. Ltd. (“VRSPL”) is a proprietorship firm that was formed by the union of the two like-minded forces, i.e., Mr. Jasbir Singh (Chief Managing Director) and Mr. Kailash Arya ( Group Managing Director). These two professionals laid down the foundational stone of VRSPL in 2004 with a vision of bridging the long gap that existed between the conglomerates and the consumers.
We feel great to mention that our hard work and endless efforts are not less than the additional ears to the corporations to hear the voice to the consumer. In fact, our findings have influenced the demand-supply management as well.
Both Mr. Jasbir and Mr. Kailash has a history of working over a decade with some of the popular companies like Nelson, Genus, IMRB in the Market Research and Survey Industry. They have their own flair of defining the terms Market Research and Survey in their own way. The tendency of revealing the missing piece or information to the outside world has turned them be the Entrepreneurs. Interestingly, none of them had a history of a family business background, neither had a financial assistance or support from their family. Without any business experience, they started their journey and their start-up company kept on achieving the yearly sales forecasts.
When asked about their success mantra, they shared the following keys: Believe in yourself, Stay focused and calm in all situations (sound versus adverse), ensure consistency in growth and carry a strong acumen of success.
Seeing the growth, Mr.Jasbir Singh and Mr.Kailash Arya decided to on-board one more like-minded brain “Mr.Mukesh Kumar Verma” to the board and upgraded the company status to a private limited company in 2009.
Mukesh Kumar Verma “Technochrat” joined hands with the team with an aim to diversify the offerings and services portfolio. He carries over 15 years of working experience into corporate strategy formulation and planning. He has worked with APTECH, JETKING,CMS, EDUCOMP.
A strong motivator and mentor his niche is into ‘Relationship Building’ and is deputed as a Group Director – Strategy and Growth.
Later, in 2016, these three uncommon dreamers added some more wings to extend their benefits to other industries.
